Subsequently, was the executive responsible for sales and execution for multinational performance consulting firms including BTS Srl and Design Innovation, in Turkey and Eurasia territory.

Led the design and execution of performance management, data management, customer relationship management, and customer loyalty projects in telecommunications, aviation, manufacturing, energy, retail, insurance, and hospitality sectors.
